Maybe but all that was done ages ago. over the last 20 years we've not seen very much done from them. the aborted shadow chronicals, and some lisenced stuff. considering their lisence is running out soon they proably should have moved to reimage Robotech (50 year time jump) so the IP could actually WORK in the future. when you look at everything said basicly what it boils down to is "they lisenced some stuff from their lisence" not a aprtiuclarly great thing

They basically have no good writers, and no desire to create.
The Kickstarter was a year or 4 ago... They made a ridiculous sum off it. Promise the world, gave a crap product and only half of what they promised. Which just shows how much everyone loved Rtech, and how much HG don't care about their customers.

Well... apart from a novelization line, a comics line (both of which went into future territory), an action figure line, a licensed RPG line and finally a tabletop miniatures game kickstarter with partners/licensees that ended in an entirely predictable disaster. As ridiculous as their behavior was/is, 'doing nothing' isn't really accurate. Especially given how niche their recreated dubbed monstrosity was on network TV.

.. so, aside from roads, laws, stable government, clean water, and lack of crim.. WHAT HAVE THE ROMANS DONE FOR US!

Never mind missing, flat out exempt from the agreement. Exhibit B better be a written signed modification to the Agreement, or (and I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV) but I would tell HG to go pound Sand.

Also in my uneducated opinion, bringing this case under this Agreement is tantamount to fraud.

Docket was just updated with a notice of voluntary dismissal for Does 1-10. For clarity this means that HG dropped Does 1-10, most likely because they didn't have anyone in mind for future complaints, and didn't want the judge to force a dismissal (ie: make him have to do work and get upset).

Just HG and PGI now.

Well, the judge did threaten them with Rule 11 (penalties for wasting everyone's time and immediate dismissal of a frivolous lawsuit/claims) for their antics earlier in the buildup, so it's entirely possible that as it progresses he's simply waiting for them to do something that justifies it since he knows they don't have a case but has to follow proceedure... And HG knows it. There's a few people that insist that HG's trying to do a war of attrition style thing of not actually letting it get to the trial simply to bleed PGI until they actually can't afford to continue with the case. If this is true, HG can't afford to let it progress or it'll go to trial and they'll almost certainly lose, but they can't afford to let the process sit still for too long because of one single trick or the judge will simply throw them out in a way that prevents them from coming back to sue PGI again.

Well, in this case, the “Romans” have single handedly ensured that we haven’t seen any of the other Macross series distributed in the United States, instigated numerous troll law suits, and I’m going to blame them for Battletech’s Dark Age, just because.

And CGL I think. They were already dragged into this I believe, and unless I missed something their part of the case wasn't dismissed in any way. In fact I believe I read somewhere they didn't reply in any form thus far, and just wait for the outcome of what PGI is trying to do?
