want to make a epic huge family, someone know who's the most fertile?

Pretty much everyone not riddled with disease. Look for lustful and hedonist traits. Avoid chaste and celibate. Also some of the training traits increase fertility (stewardship one at least).

Fertility isn't usually an issue. Healthy young people will produce offspring nicely. The key to making a huge family is to make sure everyone marries and the females marry matrilinearly. Family members who leave your court will however marry poorly, so if you want full control over your dynasty, only have a single courted member (though you really don't want this).

I'm not sure if I understand this. Who do you suspect as having low fertility?
