Most exotic colonial power you have seen?

Think the weirdest one I've had was British Colombian Colombia, before Colombia went and annexed it. I still don't know how the AI managed that.

AI uses dynamic idea picking in 1.14 so you'll have more varied colonial setups (still far less likely to do it if not in a good position though).

It might be a good idea to make this an option, historic or dynamic.

Can't remember any particularly exotic one, but one of the rarer ones I've seen is Ireland. They grabbed a huge chunk of the Moluccas.

I saw Yue (china nation) colonizing Australia. And Fez in Colombia. Kurland in Congo. The netherlands in Siberia. Russia in California. And umm, qara Qonlyu (can never remeber the name, the horde that holds Iraq) in Oceania (several patches ago though).

And Scotland.. God, i saw Scotland everywhere. From canada to Bermuda to gold coast in africa to spice isles, oceania, Australia, Alaska and Siberia. Especially if thry become OPM in Europe, and switch capital to Australia! That was my doing, but OH BOY they were such a drag to fully occupy then. The lil buggers had an island everywhere, I swear.

I had a game a couple of patches back where one of the Maghrebi revolter states I'd never heard of - I think it was Sus - managed to both get a CN in La Plata and some provinces in near Kongo that the Europeans had overlooked.

I've seen Sus colonise Greenland(!) before when it's been punched out of Morocco, entirely without my doing. It also took Arguin and may have got a few provinces in Argentina.

I've seen a strong flanders colonize before. Cant find the screenshot however but they owned the cape, some of Madagascar and south america.

In my Inca game I saw Leon and Brazil take up colonizing. Leon had apparently broken free from Spain as part of a peace deal (I assume, I don't actually know) and proceeded to become one of the most powerful colonial empires on Earth, taking all of Australia, most of southern and eastern Africa, and about 60% of the Spice Islands. Brazil started to colonize the area just north of the Kongo and got into several nasty wars with Leon over their empire.

I've seen Russia colonizing, along with Scotland and the Netherlands. Think I've seen Norway colonizing in the past, too.
