Most annoying popup?

There may already be a thread about this but I couldn't quickly find it (and things change with recent patches) what is the most annoying popup that

1) you pretty much disable forever right off the bat

or

2) one that you can't disable because you need to respond to it but it's super annoying.

I loathe the military access popup. I wish I could just set it to "auto-YES" to everyone except my rivals. What a pain.

Definitely the one that allows you to choose between +10% fort defense in a province for 50 ducats and losing 1 prestige...

The one that tells you a new pope has been elected. Completely meaningless.

If by popup you mean the flags at the top left of the screen, the annoying ones are the "You can make a decision"(since if I don't want to make a particular one, there's no way to quickly see if an actual new one I want to make is available), the "You are at War" one(ORLY?), and the "You have claims you don't own" one.

The one that gives you a choice between losing a dutch province and having a rebellion. I want an "auto-hunt popup buttons" button on my rebel-hunting armies.

I don't mind the rebellions, I get it, they're not happy. That's why I keep troops nearby. Why no "attack natives" button in Europe? ;P
