For the Moroccan mission - Reclaim Andalusia - the province of Badajoz is required. This seems like a slight oversight. It is not required to reform Al Andalus and I would argue that one or the other should be adjusted. Since the average Moroccan player will likely form Andalusia and also want to finish their mission tree, Badajoz should be required to form Andalusia or not required for the mission tree.
