Part 1
With the higher coring costs and additional expense of developing introduced in common sense, a lack of monarch points has often been pointed out as a problem. Of the many proposed (and not proposed) solutions, one which has been brought up several times is introducing new ways to get monarch points. This suggestion aims to propose a mechanism for doing that, namely adding a significant monarch point bonus to the rewards of most, possibly all, missions.
When I say possibly all, I mean that a few missions give rewards so great that perhaps they shouldn't be buffed further (e.g. England's mission to force a union on France).
I often notice that I get missions which I hardly ever feel are useful or inline with my current goals. Giving a significant (one lot of 50, sometimes two lots of 25?) monarch point boost to these missions as well as their current reward would make missions more useful and make me more inclined to go out of my way to complete them, which is, as I understand it, the point of missions.
Since this would both improve missions and boost monarch point pools, it would be pretty good for solving both problems.
Note 1: missions which already give monarch points as a reward would have the amount increased.
Part 2
With more monarch points coming in there would exist more flexibility in what the could be used for; since the common sense overhaul of buildings, the unique buildings (one per empire) were removed. It would be good, I think, to have some of them re-implemented, with additional conditions. These would take not only ducats, but also monarch points to build and would be built in regular building slots. Most notably is the suggestion that there be a building available only after completing each idea group, for example returning the admiralty building, but with a requirement to finish Naval Ideas. These, as well as other unique buildings would require monarch points (about 200?) to build.
