Currently we know that we shall have 95% success chance in the scheme. We also know that when choosing some option, we shall have 96% success chance and 4% chance of the negative outcome. Not to mention that imprisoning a criminal will have 87% success, and only 13% is probability of revolt.

In the same time we can initiate duel, and then see that our next move will lead to HIGH chance of our success and LOW chance of being injured.

My suggestion is to add a Game Rule which will allow hide percentage chances and replace it with descriptions like in the one-to-one combat. It wil make the game a bit less... gamey and would be a step towards a bit less predictability which may make the game a bit more interesting to some audiences, especially the ones who consider it too easy.
