Already posted this together with a bunch of other changes in my previous suggestion but here I will just talk about some new national idea sets I made for Siberians.
The first two (Nivkh and Chukchi) are the most important, while the sets for Nanai, Orochoni, Xibe, Chavchuveny, Itelmen/Kamchadals and Khodynt would be nice but not as direly needed as Nivkh and Chukchi ideas. Also linked are versions you can just copy paste into eu4 as I wrote whole localization and idea sets for my own mod.
