Game is not even out, but I think this a quite noticeable issue. I've seen players just accumulate huge number of slaves in a capitol, and just give up on managing it. From what I understand only percentage goes to the capitol, and it can be tweaked.
Idea that comes to my mind is the random resettlement button, aka "Slave market" ability to sell slaves to public and randomly resettle it in your Empire.
Streamlining current resettlement interface would be a nice addition too, as well as ability to move slaves to regional capitols.

And the last a bit controversial problem, a way to lose slaves over time to balance the population dynamic. At least chance for a slave pop to grow needs to be lowered.

Overall game looks good, Imperator team done a good job.

Yeah im hoping for the ability to move slaves to tbe corners of your empire where they are needed or colonies with important resources you need to create surpluses of for either money or modifiers. Right now you can only move them between bordering provonces.
