Can I prioritize what army receives the reinforcements? I have 0 manpower and the only reinforcements I recieve are 600ish soldiers monthly. The problem is I have an army that is being mauled by a horde of barbarians (in Bononia) and another one making nothing (except cutting their nails) in Belli (recently colonized). Guess what army gets the reinforcements? Luckyly Syracuse just changed his culture to carthaginian and it will ease my manpower condition a bit.

If I give an army to a governor... is it attached to the prov¡nce they are in (i.e. Emporion) or the governorship (i.e. Tarraconensis)?

How much popularity does a Suffet lose when doing an action in 'yellow'? I don't dare choosing the 'declare war' if it is in yellow because I don't know if a civil war may erupt if I do so.

How can I help to fulfill the objective 'Have a son'? If the character is unmarried I make him governor, but... if he is married and is general/governor/something... can I do something to help him? Must I teach how the childs are born? Say him 'Don't hunt storks, you fool'?

Is the loyalty of the women important? I don't know if I must bribe the wife with low loyalty of a loyal general

Thanks, and sorry for my english

The only thing that can be done to prioritize reinforcements that I am aware of would be consolidating and/or disbanding cohorts for the army you do not want to get them (and train new cohorts when the situation allows it), though if the cohorts have become loyal to a general, that is not possible.

Army given to governors are for the entire region (Tarraconensis in the example), the only limitation in their use is that they can't leave their region.

Not sure exactly how much popularity is lost, but the only problems that could arise are slightly higher revoltrisk due to ruler unpopularity and if you are unlucky inability to act if his popularity has gone so low that the options are in red. No risk of civil war.

No, if he is already married there is nothing more to do for him.

The loyalty of women is as far as I know unimportant, it could possibly be tied into some events (don't know any though), but really the only characters whose loyalty really matters are those in important positions.
