More NF?

Well, I'm new to vicky. I bought Vicky 1 for some euros on amazon and i didnt understand what was going on. In Vicky 2 everything is better, but i always have problems to get workers into my factories.

So i use National Focus to encourage Craftmen to go into this region and work in the factory and that is working pretty good, but if you only have 2 (later 3) NF-points its almost to open more than 2 factories in a year.

In some cases it even tooked me 2-3 Years for a fabrik to have enough Workers without NF. Is this wanted? or should there be more NF-points at the beginning (For USA) ?

You have limited National Focus points, so it doesn't all depend on the amount of pops you've got, even though you do need a lot of pops to get more NFs. You also need to research different techs in order to be able to have more focus points. They can be found in the Culture Techs tab, look at the tooltips.
