Hi-OK, here they are:

1.Re ASW, Radar attachments, etc. for DDs- Do later designs(Fletcher, etc.) get to have more than 1 attachment?
2.If I produce, say '37 ASWs, can they be deployed onto existing DDs? If I then produce '39 ASW, are they installed as upgrades?
3.What is the difference between a Fire control attach. and a Capital Fire Control? Does the Capital go only on BBs,CAs,CVs or CLs?
4. Research teams-a.Can existing ones be replaced? If so, how? b.Are new ones introduced as the game goes on?

No - DDs get one only, CLs get 2, CAs 3, BCs 4 and BBs 5.

Yes, if you take their existing attachments off.

If I then produce '39 ASW, are they installed as upgrades?

No; to get upgrades you just need to have an older version installed and leave the ship in port while allowing your Production to assign some ICs to Upgrades. The old attachment will upgrade to the new one.

3.What is the difference between a Fire control attach. and a Capital Fire Control? Does the Capital go only on BBs,CAs,CVs or CLs?

Capital FC fits on BBs, BCs and CAs; Fire Control fits on CLs and DDs. CVs and CVLs can only have CAG attachments (at the moment).

4. Research teams-a.Can existing ones be replaced? If so, how? b.Are new ones introduced as the game goes on?

(a) No, (b) yes, new ones become active on the historical start date of the company or individual concerned.
