More information about assets and textures

I hope someone can answere the following questions:

1. How to add semi-transparency? If you set grey in the alpha map it doesn't seem to work.
2. What to do with all that material information (colors, ground-offset,...)?
3. How can I reimport a model? If I do some changes on the model I have to create a whole new asset and therefore I have to replace all the decoration stuff

Create a new asset and chose the old version as the base. Then you can replace the building. Just chose to import all from the old one. Resave over the file.
