Siam joining the Axis should transfer the two southwestern provinces of French Indochina to Siam.

Two other things, much more abstract-

The Bitter Peace should make Mongolia a Japanese puppet state and fulfill the claims Mongolia had in northern China if Japan holds them. New Head of State/Government: Te Wang.

In late 1941, people in northern California and southern Oregon were mulling the secession of a new “State of Jefferson”. A provisional government was organized, and a constitutional convention was scheduled. However, Pearl Harbor derailed the project and it never gained steam again. However, if the US stays out of the war for a while longer, then Jefferson would have taken its case to the Supreme Court and held a referendum. I think it’s easy to say that if the US was at peace in March of 1942, the Jefferson controversy would be at a head. So an event where the main choice is Supreme Court Rules Against Jefferson would do nothing (people would get over it). But in the unlikely event the Supreme Court allowed the admission of Jefferson as a state, then new cases would be brought up and there would be unrest. Maybe +1 or 2 dissent.
