Sieges were big events, but in the game, even when your character is personally taking part in a siege, it has nothing memorable about it. There should be some events for when your character is commanding a siege, or when they are inside a besieged holding.

When commanding an army at a siege
Their should be events like:

Dealing with disease outbreaks.
Giving speeches to your men, in an attempt to rally their morale.
Capturing someone trying to sneak in/out of the besieged holding, with options to deal with them like letting them go, holding them prisoner, executing them, or making them go back inside but sparing their lives.

When assaulting a holding
Let you choose whether or not you want to personally join your men in the attack. Doing so can bring you prestige but risk injury or death. Not keeps you safe but can risk you getting traits like 'craven'. (Unless your old, injured, ect, in which case nobody would expect you to fight personally)]

After capturing a holding
There should be a choice of what to do with the holding. Should you loot it, fire-tax the inhabitants, massacre the inhabitants, or simply leave it alone? Should you occupy the building or just loot it and leave?

Different options could leave different modifiers on the county/holding, and give different amounts of loot. Looting a temple of the same religion could give a piety hit and give a modifer decreasing temple vassal opinion, and doing it too much could have you risk excommunication. (If a religion that has it)

There could also be events about disiplining your troops with this. What if you order there to be no looting, but your troops run wild and do it anyway? Or complain that after all their hard work they aren't allowed to do so? What if you are sieging the holding alongside an ally, and you disagree with the ally commander on what to do?

When under siege
There could be events like when in seclusion. There could also be events about trying to negotiate with the commanders to let you and your courtiers leave safely, or to let you take your men and leave. (Getting you and your courtiers out would mean you are no longer under siege and don't risk being captured, leaving with your men mean the holding's levies get out too are are raised as event troops somewhere outside of that province, but the holding falls.)

These events could add a lot more flavour to being involved in a siege.
