You should go to their character page and look them up in the dynasty three and make sure you aren't close before doing that.
The worst thing is if you are marrying a cousin without knowing about it. When she is the daughter of your sister and a father from another dynasty. You wont get the blood drop for relatives from another dynasty. I started to check it out when I first got a lisp son and then an inbreed daughter. I actually started to believe my wife was cheating on me before I could figure it out.

I'm fairly sure having children with kinsmen can't result in inbreeding, though. (And if it did, it'd be pretty unrealistic.)
