Hi,
The "equilibrium" information is very important and interesting for the estates, but other values in the game work that way, with modifiers which mean that the value to which the mechanic tends to isn't 0. I think the game would be clearer if those were also displayed in the tooltips. Here are the values I have on the moment, but there may be others I didn't think about :
- Prestige
- Legitimacy and equivalents
- Army & Naval tradition
