More "Elite-Units" for certain nations

Hey i am not sure if its already a discussed feature. I would love to see more special units added to the game, individual for each nation. e.g. "Old guard" for france "Black watch " for the U.K. "winged hussars" for poland. Just in the same way janissary work. Also units such as the Old Guard could give moral boosts to the entire army.

Army units should be more diversified like in CK3.

Problem is they don't work like the Janisarries which were a specific part of the Ottoman empire, which is where they are recruited. Units like the "old guard" are just the best men taken from other regiments (I recall a number of historians and military experts claiming this lowered the quality of the rest of the army).
