Since Holy fury did such a great job with new titles, like Switzerland and Antioch i thought i'd add a few more ideas, it would be cool if they came up with special conditions for each, like special requirements, but I'm not imaginative enough to come up with it

Bulgarian Empire

Culture: Be Bulgarian
Own kingdoms of : walachia, Either Epris, Thrace or Sebria and Bulgaria

Kingdom of Thessalonica
be crusader during the crusade for thrace
formable like Antioch, must conquer a duchy in greece.

Kingdom of Albania (
Despotate of Arta)
Culture: Arberian
be independent

Principality of Theodoro-Mangup
Culture: Gothic

be independent and own the duchy of crimea and theodoro

Kingdom of The Great Moravia

Bohemian- tribal,
Own the ditches of Bohemia, moravia and Silesia

Kingdom of Rum
Must be turkish
Own: Anatolia

Angevin Empire
an alternative way of forming an empire rather then Francia and Britannia
Must conquer England, France, Brtiannay.

North Sea Empire
an alternative way of forming brtiania and scandinavia
own England, Sweeden and Denmark, have high crown authority (Own wales and scotland as tributaries). do not have gavelkind.

What do you guys think of adding non-playerable titular titles?

Nizari Ismaili state ( Alamut State)
say if the Hashshashin become powerful enough to take lands.

Jormskings/A Irminsul state (no idea what to call this)
If the jormsvikings/or norse rulers conquer saxony, from non-norse rulers
could have an event where they restore/plant a new Irminsul where chalemagne burned it down.

Varangian State
If byzantine emperor grants land to Varangian Guards
independent of the byzantine empire.

The Minor Knightly Orders (duchy level)
Think small mercenary orders, that can be disbanded by kings.

Giving a few examples
Knights of the Cross with the Red Star : bohemia
Order of the Holy Ghost: france
Order of the Dragon: hungarian
Order of the Star, France
Order of the Ermine: Brittany

The Miaphysite Papacy or The Monophysite Papacy becoming kingdom rank if Moral Authority is higher?

The Spanish creatable kingdoms would arguably benefit from being creatable by the holder of the Empire of Hispania, rather than requiring an independant duke (with the exception of Leon) which is fairly unlikely to happen. Enabling the emperor to create them would make realm management easier as you'd have more manageable 2-3 duchy kingdoms rather than a few big ones (Andalusia, Bajadoz and Leon) and then some much smaller ones (Navarra, Galicia and Valencia).

So what i would suggest is: Portugal, Castile and Aragon to be creatable by holder of empire with capital in Iberia as well as the current conditions.
Castile should also get de-jure on Toledo irrespective of current owner. That would cut down Andalusia to a more reasonable size.

Some kind of way to unify Castile&Leon as well as Aragon&Valencia would be interesting but probably not a good idea at this point.

Slightly of topic but I would like to see a "living" tier. IE a title can change tier(From a techy perspective it´s probably more of an add and delete than a pure "Change")

I would like a CB like "Chrush the <Empire>!" it is declareable against emperers and would "demote" the empire title to a Kingdom tier title. The new title would a custom title based on the empiral and the empiral title would be destroyed. Result would be all Kingdom tier vassal would be independent and all other vassals remain under the now Kingdom.

If target is a Nomad, it would result in all Khans is now independent emperers on their own.

Excactly when and how this CB would be enabled is up for discussion. I would like to to see it possible as faction aswell!

Same limits as "Great conquest" CB? :) Or maybe something you can declare on a ruler with high enough Threat?

Another area which could really benefit from a new setup would be Britain. England is both ahistorical and arguably too big in 769 and 867.
I would suggest, for both dates, the kingdom of Northumbria (duchies of Northumbria, Cumbria and York. ). Could possibly have the cultural name of "Danelaw" when held by a Norse character. And then whilst you're at it split England into Wessex (Kent, Wessex, Somerset and possibly Cornwall, the latter certainly in 867.) as well as Mercia (Mercia, Hwicce, Lancaster and possibly Essex).

If maximum content is desired a decision could enable the king of Mercia (ie Offa) to dig a dike and thus add Powys or at least the two provinces on the Mercian side to it's de-jure.
And if it could really be pushed, a kingdom of East Anglia consisting of East Anglia as well as Essex.

That would then mean a decision to unite the kingdom, requiring the character to hold all three (or four) to create England proper. More content and some more historical accuracy imo.

Cumbric/Breton empire: Be Welsh or Breton, hold both kingdoms, plus the duchy of Cumbria and two other duchies from either Scotland or Ireland.

One of the reasons I was angling for a county of Toul was so that there could be a Duchy of the Three Bishoprics of Metz, Toul and Verdun.

Similarly, if we're not getting a county of Mark, how about a titular Duchy of Berg for the holder of Berg, Köln, Cleves and Jülich?

And how about a decision to create the Electorate of the Rhine for an HRE ruler (using Princely Elective, based in Germany or Francia as of the next update)? Only usable if the emperor holds at least 40% of the land in the Empire directly; grants prestige to both the emperor and the recipient, permanently adds a new Prince-Elector, gives the emperor an opinion boost from all members of the recipient's dynasty, and from all non-zealous secular electors (because it takes power away from the ecclesiastical electors). The emperor must have four counties adjoining the Rhine to give away.

Do these dukes have to be independent? I would be fine if they could do it as vassals.
