Right now general selection UI displays a special icon for generals that are currently drilling (see screenshot). It's convenient and it would be great to have more of such hints. For example, admirals could show current mission of their fleet (trade protection, privateering, etc). Both generals and admirals could show arrow if their army/fleet is currently moving to manually assigned destination.
Also, it would be useful to have this information in the list on Military tab, for example current activity could be displayed as text in tooltips of generals and admirals, or as icon in a new column.
