I suggest in submission that the Realm of Moravia, be either separate as a vassal of Bohemia, or be a free-able nation under Bohemia... since there is historic evidence that it was still a suedo independant vassal, off and on up till the time the Hamsburgs incorporated it into their realm. Also that Bohemia gains the Rank of Kingdom within the Empire, simply because it was called that since 1198. Or you could make Moravia independent, as a vassal... or not (though it was actually a vassal of Moravia at the time of game start) and have it have to absorb the Realm of Moravia to take the decision to form the Kingdom of Bohemia....
although since I can't play EU 4 on this laptop and my computer uberbroken, and thusly can't find out within a modem of time to post this effectively, I could be wrong and Bohemia is already kingdom rank, in which case never mind about the whole Rank thing.
