Does morale have any influence on the kill-ratio in battles?

Also, does increasing morale at invincible-level have any effect at all?

there is a morale max, so pursuing higher morale after thar is pointless, try reading castellons morale faq in the faq-forum

Invincible is a range, so if you are on the low end of invincible then you can still increase your morale and it will help.

Morale does not have an effect on killing power directly only on your ability to stay in the fight longer and therefore kill more units.
