Would it be possible to make a map mode that shows the monuments that you are able to use with your current religion and accepted cultures?

Example: Ottomans with Sunni Muslim and an accepted Greek Culture having all non specific, Muslim specific, and Greek specific monuments green with all others either yellow (for having a requirement for only adopting a culture) and red for having a religion or denomination that is not your current one.

Additionally, would it be possible to create a button that you can press to prevent changing, or locking, the culture of a province?
