montly income continues to decrease

Ok this had happened to me before, but I couldn't pin it down and didn't have a savefile. Now I have both.

Playing as Count of Faereyar, my liege, King of Sweden, I am forced to pay out the maximum amount of my income for the type of realm law, 70%, to him. He is also at 0 gold and negative income. My income continues to decrease under him at ~.01 duncats/month. This is continous.

I had an event (after the savefile) to break free, and I did. My income immediatly went to max and stopped declining.

As i said, i have a savegame file if it helps.

AI leiges don't always charge the max amount of scuttage. It will go up and down according to their need. But incriments of .01 a month seem rather strange.

Its already maxed out to what the liege can ask for based on the realm laws. That's why imo it seems like a bug.

I can't see how when its stayed at 70% scutage being paid and i had gone from a 1.37 duncats to 1.14 or so duncats when i saved the game.
