Monthly prestige is no longer given once you hit 7,500

I've gone back to different savegames to check this out and they all work the same way. Basically when I hit 7,499 or 7,500 Prestige, my monthly prestige allowance (14 per month as I have a highly successful set of kingdoms), no longer is acrued. I can get single amounts of prestige via events, but not my monthly allowance. Is this working as intended or a bug?

Bug. I formed a custom empire of Georgia earlier today and I was earning monthly prestige past 7500.

You get your monthly prestige on the 7th or 6th of the month.
Apart from that no idea concerning the 7500 limit you mention.

Bug, I'm getting monthly prestige even after 10 000. On the GoT mod though but still.
