Monthly nationalism reduction

Hi to all,
I admit that I'm very bored with partisans after I conquer a province, editing:
"Monthly Nationalism reduction"
in misc.txt is the way to decrease the revoltrisk?
for example, I set this value to 0.2, this means that every month the partisan percentage decrease of 0.2 percentage points?

I've seen no one as answered to you, so I'll say what I know:
it could be a good idea, but I'm not sure it'll work, so before trying remeber making a backup copy.
