We need airports and harbours for Montenegro.

Montenegro has two international airports, Podgorica Airport and Tivat Airport. The two airports served 1.1 million passengers in 2008. Montenegro Airlines is the flag carrier of Montenegro.

The Port of Bar is Montenegro's main seaport. Initially built in 1906, the port was almost completely destroyed during World War II, with reconstruction beginning in 1950. Today, it is equipped to handle over 5 million tons of cargo annually, though the breakup of the former Yugoslavia and the size of the Montenegrin industrial sector has resulted in the port operating at a loss and well below capacity for several years. The reconstruction of the Belgrade-Bar railway and the proposed Belgrade-Bar motorway are expected to bring the port back up to capacity.

They look like important airports. Give lvl 4 and lvl2 for the other airports you found.

This is how I have given levels to the airports + a example:
1 - dirt tracks Celje Airport
2 - less then 1000 metres asphalt runway Lošinj Airport
3 - over 1000 metres asphalt runway Bol Airport
4 - less then 3000 metres runway Maribor Airport
5 - over 3000 metres runway Dubrovnik Airport
6 - over 3000 metres runway, not big difference between level 5-6 Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport
7 - ? None have got level 7, yet.
8 - needs to be a big military airport Slatina Air Base http://www.militaryphotos.net/forum...Underground-airbase-Slatina-(Pristina-Kosovo)
9 - ? Zeljava maybe
10 - I guess Belgrad, Nikola Tesla airport can only match this

Found some ship names(transport) for Montenegro:
M/F Alba (bought in 1996)
M/F Sveti Stefan (bought in 2000)
M/F Sveti Stefan II (bought in 2002)

All these ships were constructed and used in foreign countries(Germany, Norway etc.).
