Yes, Kerberos has been working on fixing bugs and stuff over the weekend. However, if I were them and I wanted to release a patch today I'd fix as many more bugs as I can before releasing it. It's not even 11:00 AM in their timezone, anyway. Just be patient. I'm sure the patch will come in a few hours.

We do have a fair bit of the population though (Last time I checked). That's all I can really say about it. I much prefer B.C.

yeah but kerberos are in vancouver, vancover is on the west coast of canada and last time i looked at the time zone map vancouver was Gmt -8 that makes it about 11am there now. i think

The longer it takes, the less can go wrong. But then again, I'm a glass-half-empty kinda guy.

I suspect that part of the reason you are getting trolled/flamed if you suspect you are under said influence of these events may in fact be associated with the fact that we understand that you are upset, unfortunately, refunds are not instant, the patch takes time to load, and you've been like this with condescending post and strong negative words that upset others (or at least bother them) for close to half a week now when your questions have been answered and all they ask is a little patience in response to it.

Furthermore, I've seen nowhere that Monday was the day that refunds would be handed out, I do recall that they will be handle by a case by case basis which will take time. As for the patch thing, Monday is 24 hours long.

Either way, this forum is a helluva lot more civil than Riot Forums with patch and character releases. Now those days are hilarious... especially on Dominion release.

Really? I suppose part of the issue is the differing legal systems at play. In the US, if someone told me 14 days for a refund based on a defective product, I'd call horse-puckey. What legal system are you referring to?

I'm posting everywhere and disagreeing with EVERYTHING and I still HAVEN'T pissed off the fan base yet, though granted I probably can if I really want to.

This is largely your problem right here, XD.
I don't think you've written a post yet that does not yet have some sort of venom in it. So when you see these people trolling or flaming you, it should be largely understandable. (TThat and it is fanboyism to some sort of degree you are dealing with, so stoking the embers doesn't help)
If this was a bar, it would be simpler, you'd either get in a fight with everyone or get kicked out by the bouncer.

Hey all, my first post here.

I have to say that I don't understand all of the anger towards people who are upset over this. I mean, I am disappointed as well but I have not bought the game yet. I decided to wait but if I had bought it, I too would be seeking a refund. In all fairness, I don't think a refund would be processed the same day. Which would be today seeing how this is the first business date past Friday. Either way, I'm hoping for the best and waiting for hte game to be corrected and then I'll get it.

I do think that some of you diehards should stop trolling those upset. They have a valid reason to be angry. They should not have released the game knowing it was done. That was a horrible management decision. That really shows they have little respect and integrity.

in the UK, you have to give them "reasonable time" to effect repairs in any case, but someone mentioned on one of these forums that the US have a 28 day period for the company to sort out a refund.
