Monarchs getting negative VP's

I have noticed that in all my games the monarch listing in the history pages get nagative VP's after the 2nd monarch has died. This only gets worse so suddenly your monarch some 150-200 years into the game will begin with -3000 VP's. It doesn't seem to affect your VP score its just shown in the history page.
It could be noted that the same problem ocurred in the original EU and was never fixed by any patch.

I'm using the scandinavian version 1.3

On that note, what is supposed to be written there? How many VP you accrued during the reign of that monarch?

The scores for the first two monarchs in every game are showed correct, but für every later monarch the scores are not anymore correct. This is appears also in EU1 and is still not fixed.
