Are there any plans to add monarch traits(as in Meiou/CK2) and leader traits(as in Vicktoria 2)?

I can feel much more personal attachment to monarchs with traits rather than blend adm/mil/dip. Even during EUIv's period and beyond, a country's well being was mostly dependent on the quality of its ruler. I think it would be fun to have positive/negative traits given to rulers based on their adm/mil/dip ability. For instance, 000 ruler can have a chance to receive 'inbred' trait upon coronation that worsens relationship with the same dynasty -10 during his reign. The same goes for military leaders.
