Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact Cedes Half My Country (Sunflower v1.2.0 (bb23))

Playing as Fascist Poland, and I'm allied with Germany, suddenly I get the popup for the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact and half my country is under Soviet control.
Had previously conquered Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. As well as Czechoslovakia.

British Tanks
French Tanks
German Historical Portraits
German March Order Music
German Tanks
Heavy Cruisers
Poland - United and Ready
Rocket Launcher
Soviet Tanks
US Tanks
War Stories

My apologies if the .sav file doesn't work. For some reason my computer saves them as .hoi4 so I had to manually convert the file.

I agree with the report - it happens allways when you are allied with Germany and ruins all the fun with Poland. This needs to be fixed
