Molotov Ribbentrop Agreement Broken?

This is my first game, so sorry if this is a really dumb question

I have the national spirit for it, as you can see, for the M-R Agreement, but Poland Capitulated and no event happened giving me any land, is this working as intended?

happens Oct 29th for me, it's a pop up from Germany honoring the pact.

After beating up Poland the Germans get a decision to honor the pact or not, so the time when you get Eastern Poland can be up to 14 days after initial capitulation, it's just how decision system works.

Playing SU right now, can confirm a delay of a couple weeks or so. Also Germany appears to futz around and take their time launching Barbarossa, I was concerned about that as well. But July 1941 I have their FULL attention. Doing better than Stalin's first month though.
