POD Concert of Europe is great, almost all my games are in that mod now. It starts in 1821, and has a LOT of Asian and African Minors, as well as event chains for Belgian independence, Chinese rebellions, Scramble for Africa, Warlord Era, etc.

Or are you looking for something like CK2's Fractured World where everybody is a OPM? Cause I don't think there is a mod that does that for V2, at least none that have been updated recently.

Edit: OPM means One Province Minor.

There was that broken union mod for AHD that split america into the states, and iirc, britian and ANZAC as well

sad it doesnt workj anymore, was my first legit game, as New York (plus NewEng) > FSA >Kingdom of america suddenly in 1935
