Evryone that places mods in appdata and the Cities_Skylines then addons mods and places them there.THAT IS WRONG the way you do it is go to your cities skylines location go to files and then mods and create a folder of the mod name and place the dll of the mod in the Folder.I hope i helped you if you have problems with mods.Also this fixes the mods not showing in contect manager.
