Mods not Loading

Anyone else having issues with the game not loading any mods ?
I was playing the game fine then saved my game and closed it. about 15 minutes later I came back to play the game again loaded it up but noticed none of the modes loaded. They are all enabled in the launcher but the game is launching as vanilla.
I have reinstalled the mods I used, cleared my cache, restarted pc and steam

but still every time I launch the game it just is the vanilla game despite the mods being installed and enabled

Yeah, having the same problem here. I even did a clean reinstall of HOI and it still is having this problem. It's annoying.

This has been a problem for some time. I'm pretty sure the devs know of the issue, but have yet to fix it.

appreciate the replies, was just annoying as within the space of an hour it stopped working
