Mods not download xbox one

Hello please help!!!
Xbox one, the mods page in my xbox one only appear 5 buildings and it says 1 page api of one on the video the dude has 1 page out of 26 and tons of mods I did uninstall the game and reinstall and still the same.

Yes, it's been 1 page instead of 26 for a few weeks I reinstalled game & relinked Paradox account to no avail I miss my 4 square cat park.

Same here. I tried reinstalling on my xbox and creating a new account. Still stuck on one page of mods
