What do you think the first mods will be? I think one of the earliest mods will be getting rid of the ethos dependency on choice of government. I've been reading and agree with a lot of the post/comments that say with how people are so different you can have one government that may seem to contradicts ethos in reality. For example, I don't agree that an Enlightened Monarchy has to be non-individualistic and pacifistic. An Enlighten Monarchy can mean multiple things, such as it could be a Constitutional Monarchy where the people have a say, etc... Tell, me, what mods do you expect/want to see and what do you think about the Ethos dependent government system.
