Mod's don't show up in the Content Manager

Hi Guys,
since a few days i have a courious / annoying issue.
Some Mods won't show up at the start of a game in the Contentt Manager (AM) (Precision Engineering, Better Buldoze, Fine Road Hights)

When i go into the Workshop and look for the MOD, it is still subscribed. So i unsubscribe it and re-subscribe it and than it will show up in the CM.
It happens as well ,that the MOD disapears from my list, when i switch between 2 Savegames. So everytime i have to unsubscribe and re-subscribe it....it's annoying.....
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game (even to another folder), checked the local files for error....Nothing helped.

So i have no idea what is causing this issue. You guys are my last hope.

There's a fix in today's Steam update:

• Fixed Workshop downloads not starting in some cases while being in game.

Maybe that will help?

Thanks for the answer Andrew,but the issue is still there.....my Content Manager still don't show all Mods.....The 3 i mentionend above are still missing at the start.....

Have they been updated to work under 1.1.1 ? If not, they won't show.
