1. I click on the use mods sub-forum and it shows no threads even though from the main forum it says there are 70+, anyone else experiencing this?

2. Is there a way to set up mods so that you can easily switch among mods and back to vanilla? every time i wanted a mod in CK1 i always copied over original files so i had to reinstall every time i wanted to go back to vanilla or play a new mod.

Dunno if u play any other games, but a useful tool is Jonesoft Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME). It is an elegant but simple tool to use for easily applying and removing mods for just about any game. I've seen it mentioned on the forum here, but I found it when I used it for the game it was invented for, Silent Hunter III. Just google it and download, super small and easy to use.

Mods forum is locked by paradox. Best to ask them why.

Also you can mod CK2 easily yourself right now, even if steam version. Just copy it to a new location from the steamapps/common folder and mod away. I don't even use steam now except when there's a new patch version.

In order to access sub forums you need to have confirmed your signing up on this forum by responding to the e-mail we sent to the address you signed up with, AND you need to have registered that game on the forum.

Activation codes reset to uncjanes and best of em all. Definitely also check your spam folder, some providers don't like these mails. Let me know if they haven't arrived.
