Mods are not working

I want to play eu4 with graphical improvements mod but no mods are working. I tried so many mods but they're not working. I tried deleting and reinstalling the mods for many times but it didn't work either. How can i fix that?

If you remove the mod from the playset, is it then still listed in the all installed mods section and does it have an error message there? Does the reload button in that section help? If not, does it help if you delete dlc_load.json and launcher-v2.sqlite from the eu4 folder in Documents?

When i remove mods from the palyset there is no problem. Also i did your recommendations but it didn't work I can play vanilla but can not playin with an mods.

Does the mod show up in the all installed mods list? And does it show any error there?

Yes it does and there is no error.
