Hi with this patch 1.1 I am experiencing following problem :

Mods are not displayed in the Mods section under options. Therefore I cant activate any mods. I currently have only 9 tiles available. And under the mods section there are only those 3 standart mods like infenite. I did download some mods from the workshop, and of course those which were labeled as 1.1 compatible.

What can I do now? I need at least those 25 tiles. 81 is ideal.

If anyone knows this is a common problem please answer to this post.

thanks guys.

Same problem here. Windows 7.
They appear though as soon as I go to the content manager, mods views (empty), then select steamworkshop from there, subscribe to a new mod.

We're not sure yet, it seems to be a new bug in 1.1
Ok. So whats your advice?
I'd realy liked this game until the patch came.
U need to fix this, or release a new patch with realy sets back everything to default, and then you need to make sure that only compatible mods are still available from the workshop. Now we have this mix, and its obviously very confusing. To me, as well as to the game.

I'm on Win7 64, too. Changing the download location to another country helped a little the first time I did so. Some mods decided to appear in the mod section. (about 1/3 of them). The others are shown in the workshop window and they also had been downloaded to my harddisk.
Manually copying the mods into the mods folder does help - however it's a pita to find them, as Steam decides to name them by random numbers.
All assets are shown though.

I realized this here to. All my mods are listed under Workshop Objects. None of the mods were listed under the true mods section. I checked up steam, and yes all folders are named with numbers. I will dig into it later, but actually this is very annoying. They need to fix this.

I only need this 25 tiles mod, and the simulation overhaul thing. Hopefully I can find them in steam. But where is the main mod folder of cs? Is it also under steam or is it under my personal files in Windows... because there is a Colosal Order folder to. But its 100% empty.... 0 Bytes.

Same problem on window 8.1 64bit. Mods show in the workshop content section but cannot be seen in the mods or maps etc sections. Because the assets are not loading my current saves are not working as half the service buildings are missing. So basically I cant play unless I start a new game and run completely stock. Very frustrated.

Hi I'm using windows 8 with the same problem, used the -disableMods and/or -noWorkshop launch options to get the game working for the first time, then went back and backspaced it from advanced options, im assuming that cancels the launch options. But now I can open the game but subscribe workshop items still wont shop up under assets/mods panel. If i tried resubscribe assets from the asset panel then it stays and not the same case for mods.

Welp please
