No, because I don't complain about not having nazi shit in the game. I would even pay more to have the skimmed fascist version. I want a grand strategy wargame, not a Third reich simulator.

Dozens of threads have been closed lately because of these rules. Its only about 8 very short paragraphs, nothing a children wouldn't be able to read and understand.

Some people (myself included) would prefer their game uncensored, unlike you. This is a problem for you how, exactly?

If you look at the differences between the German and the international version, they actually go beyond what is stated in the forum rules. So people didn't just complain because they don't get their swastika. It's an immersion thing. Everyone has their own idea of it. Would you play the game if it wasn't couched in WWII or any other history scenario for that matter? Probably not.

The other outcry was related to the confusion surrounding German keys, the Paradox store, activation and so on. Don't be like all this could have been avoided if only everyone had read and heeded the forum rules.

I wouldn't presume to speak for him, but to me the self-pitying persecution complex exhibited by some about Nazi symbols is at best tiresome and at worst repulsive.

@Nicolas I has as much right to post as anyone, in any thread he wants, even if he disagrees that you're entitled to a "game uncensored". So long as he is not violating the rules...

Self-pitying persecution complex, huh? How about just wanting the same product as everybody else?
This was to be expected, frankly. In way of an analogy, imagine a Valkyrie or Inglorious Basterds - that had gone through the same treatment as HOI4.
I would say they'd be lesser movies. For HOI, it's certainly not as big of an issue. But it is an issue.

I didn't question his right. I questioned the motive. I can tell you why I post on the matter.
Because I care about the game and because this censorship will inconvenience me to some small degree.
How expressing this could possibly agitate anyone is what surprises me.
