Is there a way to update the mod list to always cosntantly be updating? Thew New launcher seems to fail to update when mods are updated to run in 2.4 instead of 2.3

Is there a easy fix for this or do I need to delete the Mod.Jason file constantly?

I have got a really big problem with this new launcher and version 2.5.0. I cannot load any mod at all. I can activate an deactivate them in the launcher, change their position in the list, etc. But when I launch the game, it is always vainilla. No mods loaded, despiting their type. No custom shipsets, no tratidions, no namelists, no badges. Nothing!. Just vainilla. I did try everything that I know: deleting mod folder in Documents, reinstalling Stellaris, only activating compatible mods, etc. It is really weird.

I just hope anybody can help me here...thank you!

Holy crap, I thought it was just my local mods that were broken, but after seeing your post I checked my workshop mods too, and it's the exact same problem! Literally nothing I do "activates" mods; even the game version thinks I'm always loading with vanilla.

Exactly. My local mods don't load either. If you finally find a solution, please share it here. I will do the same.

I've just stopped playing Stellaris . I think I "hate" this new launcher and I miss the old one. I've enjoyed 1100+ hours playing this game and I've bought all the DLCs until now, but if I cannot play with mods, i am done. If you have something that works, Why do you change it? What is the point? I don't understand.

Local and Steam mods still work on my end, as of last night

You are lucky!. I can't, whatever I try to do. Are you using windows 10 or another O.S. ?.Can you try kurogane shipset mod and take a look if the game can load it? Or! Lots of traditions?. Or Ancient Cache mod?.

Are you playing on the Paradox Launcher (the first one that replaces Steam)? I have found that the new Stellaris Paradox Launcher doesn't load mods with the Paradox Launcher. I had to switch back to Steam to use mods. Luckily I only use a couple of QoL UI mods.

Just a question, any of those who have problems use non-English versions of operating systems?
As much as I'd like to cheekily respond in another language, no I'm using standard English, American sold, Windows 10. That shouldn't be my issue, unless you're saying that may fix it.
