Mods after No Step Back

I am looking to play mods that are compatible with NSB. I specifically want to play Millennium Dawn: Modern Day Mod. Does anybody know how to do this? Do I need to roll back to an earlier version of HOI4 to play the mod, or is there a way for the mod to work with the current patch? If I do need to rollback to an earlier version of HOI4 what version would it need to be?

Its up to mod creators to update it for the newest patch.
