Modifying the save game to assume military control without alliance

I would like to modify the save game to give United States military control over United Kingdom. This should be before USA is allied with UK or at war with anyone. That's why I don't see a way to do it through F12. The modification would be used in a multiplayer game.

What do I have to do in the save game to modify that in the save game? Which tag is used for military control?

Search for "capital = 19" in your save game, then scroll down to "breakthrough = 0.XXXX", then under that type: control = "USA"
