game is only 500mb download around 5min with a decent connection and 2 min install so it aint soo bad but remember to copy the game into a secondary folder 1 for Multiplayer 1 for Singleplayer "Mods/edit"

Do you have Steam? Then you can validate your files and redownload the file automagically.

EDIT: Anyways, if you want to test out stuff, just copy paste the game folder somewhere else and play with that. Works in Steam as well as GG++.
