Erm, I couldn't choose 8, sorry.

I chose 12, so that they're distributed evenly across the country.
Russia's pretty large, you know.

These are Barnaul, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Ryazan, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Engels, Chkalovsk and Yaroslavl.

They are all pretty the same in size so it's up to you to choose.

In my opinion, it's too few to have only 8 airbases for large countries like Russia, the US or China in IC.

I agree they are too few, but I think that in order to make nuclear war meaningful, this is necessary. Otherwise, AI and player would nuke the entire globe. With 8 airbases, I think MAD will be still possible, but I will be able to create a chance for the player to prevent nuclear disaster.

could you distribute IC values of Finland if I give you total IC value ? infrastructure values are also needed to be distribute. I can send you the map of Finland and you can mark it with values like 2, 80( IC and infra), is it ok ?

Ok I got the IC and infra distributed, it should be mostly correct but I can do adjustments if needed.

And btw, I'm not sure if you can rename provinces, but if you can Kemijärvi should be renamed to Kuusamo because that province consists of munincipalities of Kuusamo and Taivalkoski, Kuusamo being the bigger one. Kemijärvi is actually a part of Rovaniemi province.

thanks, I will use those numbers. For renaming, I can change the name of provinces but this will only show up when click on the province. Changing the names on the map requires map editing skill which unfortunately I don't have.

hi folks, I want to share current situation of my mod initiative with you. Tech-tree, minister files, national ideas, buildings, borders and a lot of things was ported and reviewed. I can say that more than half of the mod is completed. To-do list is as following :

+ Unit placement ( I am just working on this, it won't last long)
+ IC / infra distribution
+ Resource distribution (hardest and most boring part)
+ Scenario writing ( initial scenario won't be very complex and will benefit from MDS 1.6)

After completing these, I will release Alpha version first.

If you want to contribute with anything about your country, you are welcome.

You have 43 IC to distribute. For infra, do as you wish, but don't make everywhere 100 and 90.
