The reason I gave the Congo 2 tags is because there is the Congo (Republic of the Congo) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. If somehow unhistorically the DRC had a commie revolution it would be wierd for thier name to be DRC when the're communist

Does Congo and DRC exist at the same time? If they do then two tags is needed... otherwise lets just have one. A lot of countries use prefixes, and these should in general be left out IMHO. Otherwise the country names get far to long. If DRC becomes Commie on the other hand I don't see the big problem. Just look at the DDR for an example of a communist country calling themselves democratic...

They do. The only difference is that Congo is known as Zaire...

In that case we should call one Congo and the other Zaire... looks much more pleasing to the eye that Democratic Republic of Congo, which is far to long.

second, I´m the big boss of spanish section of Mod Colony, I have watch Mod colony (1950-2000) and MDS (1945-2005) have similar caracterist, in Mod Colony we are very very few people but we had finished grand work ( Tag´s distribuition, Map of the world, pobs , 226 events of 1950-1962 both incluide to 59 nations, Web page and the internal instrucions of units (we need graphist) .
The MDS have a lot of people and have two importants things, Ilusion and Ideas.
I think we have same objective and therefore I propose to you fussion of two mod and create Moderm Day Scenario + Colony (MDS+Colony) , if you accept the fussion , immediately I begin the traduction of all work of Colony to English.

postdate: in that case (MDS+Colony) we need to request to moderators a subforum (likely VIP or Victoria 1919-1933 scenario project)

I know this is of little importance, but if we could start trying to compile some songs of the time period. I would say that the opening song has got to be "War (What is it Good For?)" It would be a good reflection.

War? That's very amusing actually but too late in the period. But I don't have one better yet so I will simply say, that would be kind of cool.

I think getting songs for the time period is going to be one of the last things we do, most other mods dont have them, but I suppose someone could look around we need a subforum though before we start any major work, I asked Havard but he hasnt replied yet.

This scenario goes from 1952 to 2005, Vietnam is includeed in that time frame. The "War" song, along with Wierd Al's "Chirstmas at Ground Zero" would make perfect songs. The problem is copyrights. We'd have to contact the publishers. Let's leave it to last.

Once we're ready, I can start digging into the red-tape of getting copyrights. Let's just hope it doesn't cost us a pretty penny.

What ever, now we are off topic. I'll start to work on more maps once I get some personal modding done.
