I think it's getting there. EU demands -> UK rejects -> Tensions grow -> Conflict. The events you guys have made sound pretty good!

In regards to the war itself - I think some events should be developed for a British victory over wEU. However, I think Britain can only go so on its own far in terms of 'winning' against wEU. Decisively? Perhaps. Completely? No. I doubt Britain would be able to annex the entire state under military control. Some form of peace negotiation should take place if, let's say a significant portion of wEU forces are destroyed, or if certain wEU cities such as Brussels and Paris are in ruins. Maybe even the US entering the conflict could frighten the wEU so much that they'd enter peace negotiations? Economic sanctions could impact the wEU economy to such a point where they'd be leaning toward peace.

Just my opinions. Looks good so far!

Once you start using the editor, you are stuck with using the editor, and for many tasks it spits out garbage, making it impossible to make changes to the mod, without the editor.

Regarding WEU chain of event.. Guys remenber Scotland join EU! Brits have no chance! ofc if Usa intervene it Will be a bloodbath, but what about Russia side?and China??? Good war

I suggest to add a bliztkrieg possibilty For WEU t'ha can bring silently troops to Scotland and storm inside england overehelming the Brits.

Ok. Regarding, that, from my point of experience the Eu has the bigger fleet. The Peace event could fire IF 60% of the EU Fleet are destroyed, because the fleet protectes the EU from beeing invaded by USA or Britain OR if Brussels and Paris are Occupied for more than 90 Days.

Awesome! Love the events. Might I suggest that you add a number of other key cities as factors towards the surrender of the wEU? Perhaps Berlin, Rome, Madrid, etc.?

Scotland joining the wEU shouldn't be a definitive event. The idea of a second referendum at some point following Brexit would be most probable. While I believe that, should Britain decide to withdraw, the vote to become independent would grow, I think it would still be too close to tell. Keep in mind that the Scottish Referendum back in 2014 ended in 55% - 45%. Scotland is probably the most pro-EU member of the UK - with its largest national party (SNP) actively voicing a pro-EU stance.

If Scotland joined the wEU - the UK wouldn't simply leave the border with Scotland undefended. In fact, if such a threat appeared, the British would likely deploy a significant number of their armed forces to the border. Perhaps they'd even develop their own Blitzkrieg tactic? Britzkrieg?

Chinese involvement in this conflict seems quite unlikely to me. The idea of fighting on another continent in a conflict which could cost them dearly sounds quite unappealing. Perhaps they'd send supplies, funding and so on, but direct involvement doesn't seem likely to me. However, you guys might have a different opinion.

In contrast, Russian involvement does sound more likely. Although the wEU would threaten the power of Russia too, US involvement in this conflict on the side of Britain would pose a greater threat. Reducing, if not destroying US influence over Europe would be in the interests of Russia, and this conflict could be the perfect opportunity to enact upon such an aim. This could be a nice big proxy conflict between Russia and the US if we were to speculate it in that way.

I see your point.. but at the same time i see the weapons , number of soldiers ,and equipment that UK might and have and i see what Western Europe shall have and i say : UK won't hold a week without USA reinforcment if Western Europe attack immediatly, that is why i've called for a "bliztkrieg". UK is not able to push anywhere cause they would be outnumbered . If they try to garrison North Ireland, Scottish front and British coast with the few division they can have after Scotland leave they will loose for sure one front immediatly.

Nono China involvement is not confirmed...It's just because i've read a chain of event that make me think thet USA will attack China very soon in game..Soooo!

Just think... Giant ISIS pushing at East.. Russia fighitng of ISIS Hordes ask help Europeans, Greece holding Dardanelli until the last men against ISIS, USA attacking China in the name of Trump and Western Europe attaccking England to capture north Ireland and asking help Russia meanwhile Brits ask help USA. And maybe CHina asking help Russia to fight USA too. I think that ..During 2020 the Earth will be just Death, radiations, death, Zombies (starting walking dead song) , sickness, explosions and my socialist european union maybe

I agree with you when it comes to conventional weaponry. The UK is most certainly outnumbered in terms of personnel, equipment and so on. However, if we look towards nuclear capability, it's a different story. The only state in wEU that has an independent nuclear deterrent is France (around 300 warheads). Under the nuclear sharing agreement, other EU countries like Germany, Italy and Belgium possess a number of weapons, but are controlled by the US. In this situation, however, the US would definitely withdraw its weapons from these countries. I'm also speculating in the event that NATO collapses, as a further note.

Yes, the UK does have a nuclear deterrent, but is also controlled by Uncle Sam. Which is why US involvement is critical to the UK. Should the US decide to not support Britain, it most certainly won't allow the use of its weapons. While I believe that the UK has the capability to develop its own independent nuclear deterrent, it simply wouldn't have the time nor the resources to produce them.

Still, I think it's best to discuss these situations in conventional matters.

In summary, Britain is indeed in a tricky position in this conflict. But, as my favourite wartime idol once said - "We shall never surrender." As you can probably tell, I do love the fact that the UK is receiving attention. Forgive my patriotic nature when discussing topics.

the uk has no legal right to block that secesion, it would mean disrespecting the Constitution, THe UK means United Kingdom, which comes from the Union between Scotland, Wales and England = DISSENT

I disagree with that. In any situation, should the British government allow a referendum on Scottish independence and the result is to secede, the government would follow through and allow that. The government doesn't actually have an obligation to respect the result of a referendum, but really you must. Not only would it be undemocratic, but the international community would condemn it, and would probably issue sanctions of some kind.

If you allow a referendum, don't expect the result to always go in your favour. David Cameron learned that back in 2014 - that 10% margin saved his career.

I mean in the Scenario with a hostile wEU. In reality Scotland will most likely have it's independence within 20 years. I didn't make myself so clear on that. I meant in this world where it would lead to another front to fight in the north of the island. In our world though I would be wrong.
