SO i installed the new Putin, only played as Russia til oct 16th 2016. ISIS is pretty strong. I liked how serbia and Greece are allied and they took care of Bosnia. I guess they both didn't forget what it was like to have too many Islamic countries around them. Better to just have the MAD ISIS in front og them.
Mod works excellent. NO lag for me at all. But then i never experience lag in a DH mod unless i'm playing FODD, but that's understandable and known and it only lasts for a few game days
India needs much more troops unless you want it to get over run by ISIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Serbia will not join the alliance with Poland, Hungary because Hungary has claims on it. It is more likely that they would join to Romania, Bulgaria etc. Croatia is possible to get away from wEU if things are turning out to be very bad and they could be the one to join Poland, HU.
The Soviet russian state ( I dont know if that has beeen mentiond before) is way to weak, so that its annexed by putins Russia within 2 weeks
Also as I said earlier you should really forget about Victor Orban. I'm a Hungarian and I'm telling you he is just a puppet of the EU. He is saying what the people want to hear. In a nationalistic government not a single Fidesz party member would get a place (VO-s party). They are ripe with corruption, and shady business. Most of them are similar to the Ukrainian elite, which are so rich, that it is almost a joke.
I have sent you a nationalistic government with the more likely government. It is not perfect, so any fellow Hungarians could help me out here.
A nationalistic Hungary is positive about Russia, but territorial changes comes first. So if Ukraine willingly gives up Transcarpathia, than Hungary would 100% allied to Ukraine and support its war against Russia. Nationalists in my country are very realistic people. Only the endgame is the important thing. If I remember correctly the Polish nationalist side is against Russia, so it is not likely that they would be happy to ally with them.
If a war would break out between Pol, CZ, Hun, Ukraine against Russia, than Russia would beat them possibly, so therefore I propose a chain effect. A Russia fighting a bloody war west would mean that they are open in the east. The death toll would be quite high, because the nationalistic governments would mobilize very large armies. Japan (or a Pacific alliance) could take the claimed lands. China could cross the border and also take the lands. The nEU (or a Finland) could also move on. Sensing the weakening of the state power a Siberia could be reborn with some Indigenous people in the government like the Yakuts. (They are stirring up trouble and protest even today.) It would be a little bit similar to the Kaiserreich events.
About the Pacific Alliance. The leader should be Japan, and they could get an event about remaining isolated, or a broader world view. Invitation events could pop up for Republic of China, Thailand, South Korea, maybe Malaysia, Singapore etc.
Some civil war events like in Russia could be great for the other big countries if they are suffering defeat after defeat, or if they try to hold on to their waning power.

Well all the EU countries except the western Core, have a percentage chance to join or not to join. This is the same for SLO, yes I think it is 50:50.
Maybe get the whole of the former Warsaw Pact countries involved somehow, bigger war... Maybe the dream of the EU riches being spread about a bit in Central Europe has gone sour. Now Central Europeans turn in on themselves in bitterness and this anger becomes a stronger nationalism, which leads to "uncharted territory"?
I mean alliance between POL, CZE, HUN and RUS against Ukraine should end after war with Ukraine.

I think sittuation in east Europe should be like this:
1. POL, CZE, HUN fight with Slovakia, HUN annex it.
2. eEU start intervention, if Warsaw and Budapest will be captured by eEU Slovakia will be puppet country of eEU, if Riga and Bucharest will be captured by POL, HUN or CZE Slovakia will stay in HUN.
3. If POL, CZE and HUN win this war Russia half year later will propose intervention in Ukraine, Poland will take territories that was in Poland before IIww, HUN will take territories in south Ukraine- this that HUN take in 1938 from Czechoslovakia, RUS will take all from right edge from Dniepr.
4. After it allience between Visegrad and RUS will be end.
5. eEU split to nEU (Finland, Lativa, Lithuania, Estonia) and sEU (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece) and this two unions make allience betwen each other.
6. Serbia join to alliance with POL, CZE, HUN and they start war of Bosnia&Herzegowina and Kosovo few months later.
7a. After this war Poland going to take Vilnius from nEU- players should have choice to do it or not, if not it will be end of events for Visegrad
7b. If Poland will start war of Vilnius wEU start intervention after end of war with nEU and sEU. If POL, CZE, HUN or Serbia will take Munich, Berlin and Hamburg it will be end of war- HUN will take territories that losted for Austria after Iww (probably in game it is Eisenstadt, i don't remember) and it will be end of war.
If Visegrad lose war all cauntries of new V4 (POL, HUN, CZE and Serbia) will be puppet countries od wEU.

And I corrected election events for Poland, few ministers are wrong because I must create new but majority is correct (in old version this event all ministers was random)

Well the wEU and the eEu ONLY happen if Brexit happens. So there are in reality two streams of events; one has Brexit leading to wEU, eEU, Central EU (broken in two parts by POL, HUN CZE), nationalism, new nationalist governments, possible wars as written in the past few pages.
On the other hand, Brexit does not happen, the EU remains as independent countries, and a different stream of events can happen. Brexit is 80 : 20 to happen.

I probably need to time it better. It was meant to happen when RUS and UKR are fighting a war. I need to look at these events again.
I just need to copy and save your writing and then read it when I'm doing the events, so I get an idea of the overall direction and maybe a fork or two in the possibilities.
THANKS guys for the ideas. I'm working steadily through the stuff needed and will be doing the Central European wars probably later today. Well starting to do them, as I think this is going to be a huge feature of the next version.

I added the new nationalist government to the bottom of the file. This means they have new ID numbers (just for the new additions). If you can just check the numbers against your file and adjust if necessary.

can you also change the name of the HMS invicible to HMS Albion and HMS Ilustrious to HMS Bulwark and replace them both to plymouth
and the HMS Ark Royal to HMS Ocean. Because the Invicible,Ilustrious and Ark Royal don't exist anymore.
Little happened with South Korea. I don't think Turkey should be annexed without a war though. South Korea no events or wars happened to me. Quite boring. I noticed and lack of resources.

I then did the eastern eu ditto and it started crashing near the end of the whole job.
SO, back to square one, have a cup of tea and think "what the ****!" do I do now?

If you are using Excel or OpenOffice, then you may just be able to copy and paste in a whole column? May save you time? No worries, I'm just glad you are doing it and not me...
